Healing doesn’t have to be hard.
I help people reconnect to themselves through a grounded, imaginative, and integrative approach.
My work blends science and nature, mind and body.

Breaking the loop: Embodied Therapy.
Embodied therapy meets the yearning by enabling unresolved tension to move, restoring wellness, regulation and connection.
“When stress is met with awareness instead of avoidance, the cycle no longer needs to repeat.”

Many people arrive here after trying multiple approaches: therapy, movement practices, self-guided work or medication, yet still feel that a sense of wellness remains out of reach. Challenges in modern life can create fragmentation, and this can be reflected internally as well.
My work focuses on integration: supporting communication between the body, mind and inner experience so they function as a coherent whole. Through this process, clients often report feeling more regulated, connected and aligned with themselves. This approach is not centred on correcting a defect, but on restoring continuity and connection and supporting what is already intact.

Healing unfolds in layers.
The Five Layers of Being integrates the physical, energetic, mental, relational and spiritual aspects of you. By working with this MAP, you’ll learn to reconnect with all parts of yourself, finding connection and wholeness through transformation.
This framework helps you see where you are, and what’s asking to be tended next.

For those ready to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, gently, with curiosity and respect.

For those curious about microdosing as a path to connection and change. Educational and harm reduction based, not prescriptive.

For seekers and facilitators who want to deepen their understanding of healing, embodiment and nature-based wisdom.

What clients often say after our work together…
“I’ve spent years in therapy, but this was the first time I felt truly seen.”
“Siri helped me find a softness I’d forgotten I had.”
“I came for healing, but I left with a better understanding of myself.”

There’s no rush, no pressure, just an invitation to reconnect. Let’s explore what’s possible together.
